Matcha Form ships worldwide, subject to destination availability and import restrictions. Orders are dispatched within 5 business days. Shipping rates and available delivery options depend on your location and are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are separate from dispatch time and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
Free shipping applies to orders over AUD $100, including subscription orders. Please check your delivery address before placing your order. International orders may incur import duties or taxes charged by the destination country.
Returns & refunds
If your order arrives damaged, is incorrect, or you believe a product is faulty, contact infomatchaform@gmail.com with your order number and details of the issue. Please contact us before sending any product back so we can provide instructions.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and any other applicable mandatory consumer law are not excluded or restricted by this policy. Where a remedy is required by law, we will provide the applicable refund or replacement and cover reasonable return costs where required.
For change-of-mind enquiries, please contact us before returning a product. Any discretionary return must be agreed with us in advance. This does not affect your statutory rights.
